The $20,000,000 refurbishment of Victoria Park Market is now drawing to an end. With 85% of the revitalised shops now let to a cross section of Food, Hospitality and Retail tenants. The market is now partially open and scheduled to be completed in Febuary 2013. The Market is owned by the consortium Victoria Quarter Trust and renovated by CMP Construction Limited, leaders in heritage building refurbishments.
